How heavy is a Serenimals companion?

Our companions run between 2 and 5 lbs depending on the size and version you pick. The weight is distributed through the body and paws, so it settles on you like a hand resting on your back rather than a dead weight.

What makes it different from a regular plush?

Two things. The weight, which gives you deep pressure instead of just something soft to hold. And the arms, which fasten so your companion actually wraps around you and stays there. A regular plush is light and lets go. This one holds on.

Isn't a weighted blanket the same thing?

A blanket is heavy everywhere, traps heat, and keeps you in bed. A companion is portable, doesn't make you sweat, and comes with you to the couch, the desk, or the car.

Is this for kids?

It's built for grown ups. Adult sizing, adult weight, and a look that belongs on your bed, not in a toy box. Plenty of people find that holding something is how their body settles down, and there's no age limit on that.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Spot clean for everyday marks, and follow the care tag for a full wash. Let it air dry completely so the filling keeps its shape.

Which animal should I pick?

Whichever one you keep looking back at. They're built the same way and weigh the same, so it comes down to the one that feels like yours.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking on every order. Shipping is added at checkout and any customs duties are covered by us.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 10 to 15 days, Express in 6 to 8 days. We email your tracking number as soon as it ships.

What if it isn't for me?

You have 60 days. Send it back for a full refund. See our Returns & Warranty page.
