Return & Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and with receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return: Email help@serenimals.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we'll send instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, so please use a tracked service. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items: Contact us right away. If your item is defective or damaged, we cover return shipping and make it right after review.

Non-returnable: Sale and promotional items, gift cards.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it. If 15 or more business days pass since approval, email help@serenimals.com.
